The Manager has a clearly defined investment philosophy and investment process. The rules based charter and processes employed lend themselves to a repeatable investment process and provides greater confidence that alpha generated can be attributed to both the process and individuals (not just the latter).

The 5-year notes pay an annual interest rate of 7.75% on a semi-annual basis. Credit risk is ultimately a function of the financial performance of URF. In this regard, we believe interest rate and face value re/payment risks to be minimal.

The portfolio is expected to comprise between 8 and 20 funds at any one time, with a combination of global emerging market, regional and country specific funds. The portfolio will have a long-only bias, however the Investment Manager can invest in funds that have a long-short strategy.
