The company is currently progressing three of the seven projects it has an interest in. The most advanced of the projects is the Guadalupito Iron & Mineral Sands Project located on the northern coast of Peru.

Aguia Resources Limited (AGR) is a junior exploration company leveraged to the fertiliser market. The company has interests in three phosphate rock and one potash project all located in Brazil. The company is seeking to become a producer in the near-term to take advantage of the significant fertiliser needs of Brazil, which are currently largely imported.

Minbos Resources Limited (MNB) is an ASX-listed exploration company. The company’s two major assets are located in West Africa and include the Cabinda Project located in Angola and the Kanzi Project located in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

The company will use Underground Coal Gasification (UCG) to create synthetic gas (syngas) from the coal seams, which will then be converted to ammonia and urea.

Latin Resources Limited (LRS) announced that the scoping study for the Guadalupito Project had been completed by Ausenco. The scoping study determined that a mining operation is economically viable. The results of the study have provided the company with the confidence to proceed to a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS).
